Trick or treat! It's Halloween today! I'm so happy~ Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and it's the beginning of all the other wonderful holidays to come at the end of the year. It took me a while to figure out who or what I would be this time around. I don't even think I dressed up as anyone last year (in 2012 I was the 11th Doctor Who). I thought about who I could be, who would be easy to dress up as and I finally decided last week. I'm going to be Chibi Maruko Chan~!
She's fairly easy to dress as and we basically have the same hair so why not be her? Here's a short tutorial on how I'd do my make-up & dress up as Maruko Chan.
It's that time again for me to color my hair. It's been a while and I've been wanting to go lighter. I picked up this Hi-Lift color from L'Oreal at Target a few weeks ago. I was tempted to get the Hi-Lift Ash Brown, but I wanted to try something different so I went with the Natural Brown this time, which says it's a cooler toned shade on the box. Let's see how it turned out.
Oh my, I haven't been keeping up with this. I was very busy for the last 3 weeks almost when guests came over to stay and I wasn't keeping track of my diet. I was exercising a bit so I'm happy about that, but it wasn't nearly enough to make a difference. I've eaten so many things I shouldn't have or in quantities I'm not proud of and all I can do is start being cautious about what I eat again. Anyway, I'm pleasantly surprised to find out my weight is about the same after all that happened. I'm still doing Blogilates and drinking lots of water also still trying to incorporate more cardio in my workouts.
I want my legs to be slimmer already...well, I bought some compression socks again so I'll see how those work out and eventually do a post on them. I'm fearful of what's to come this holiday season...the end of the year can be a disastrous time for staying on diets. I'm already eating pre-Halloween candy. ~(>O<~)
Stats .Weight: 118/119 lb, 53.5/54 kg .BMI: 20.9/21.1 .Current Routine: Blogilates 2-3x daily, drinking lots of water, 30 min run .Goals: slimmer calves with compression socks, more cardio, check out the Blogilates (for beginners?) calendar, smaller portioned & healthier meals
I'm not ashamed to admit my obsession with lip products. It's mostly lip balms and lipsticks. Anyway, I bought this with a slew of other things from American Apparel a few months ago when I had a promo code for 30% off anything on sale. I picked this up because it's made of vegan & organic ingredients and it's also cruelty-free. There are so many different flavors to choose from so I had a difficult time deciding, but I ended up with the Chai Spice flavor because the reviews for it were good and I like Chai tea (I also bought another lip balm with another AA order so a review on that will come when I finally open it).
Hello! I know I've been gone for a long time...I'm so sorry m_ _m. There was so much going on and I was spending a lot of time with my boyfriend who came to visit for my birthday. We ate so much dim sum and we went to Disneyland (see my twitter). So, my mom went to South Korea recently and I asked her for a few things and she returned with all these wonderful beauty & skincare things. I'm so happy~ I really look forward to trying these things in the future.
I got this cleanser many, many months ago. I picked this up because I had a coupon, my skin was irritated, I needed a face wash, and this was made of over 90% natural ingredients so I ended up buying it. I've been using it for while now so I think it's a good time to write a review ^^.
